We are a boutique town planning consultancy that provides specialist town planning services across Queensland, with a special focus on northern Queensland. 

With wide experience in both complex statutory and strategic planning and development assessment, we have the knowledge and expertise to facilitate solutions to the most challenging of planning issues. 

It can be difficult to navigate through State and local government rules and legislation.  We can assist in explaining in layman’s terms the complex nature of the statutory approval framework and what is required for a particular project.  Our ethical approach to development planning ensures we have a comprehensive appreciation of a project with early identification of costs, potential risks and timeframes, including cost effective solutions to assist clients in making well-informed decisions.

We have an established network of specialist consultants (such as architects, building designers, certifiers, engineers, surveyors, and the like) so when we identify that specialist technical input is required, we can ensure the right person can address the project needs.
